The price quoted £500/month is for 4 nights/week.
Bus stop at the end of the road takes you to Surbiton station in less than 10 mins where you can catch a fast train to London Waterloo in 20mins.
House is located on a fairly quiet residential road with playing fields at the back. It is a 2 min walk to a wonderful coffee shop, delicious ‘small plates’ Mediterranean restaurant and newsagent. It is a 5 minute walk to Tesco and 20 min walk to Surbiton town centre which has lovely places to eat, cafes, pubs and shops. If you would like even more choice, Kingston is a short 15 mins bus ride away. There are several nice parks nearby and the river Thames is only a 30min walk. You can walk along the river to Kingston, Teddington and Richmond or Thames Ditton, Hampton Court, Walton the other way. Alternatively you can jump on a boat or hire your own for the day if the weather is nice and you fancy a day off on the river.
