quiet and bright in haggerston - cost & lenght of stay can be flexible (2-3 nights a week, etc)

Lovely new 2-bedroom flat conveniently located in trendy Haggerston next to Regents Canal (10 min walk to Hoxton or Haggerston station, 12 min cycle ride to Liverpool st station and city) Available bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, big mirrored wardrobe, drawers, console/ desk. Spacious and full of light living space is shared only with me, sofabed, plants and art. Also, there is an available open kitchen with all new equipment (cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, elect. kettle et.) and dining area with table. Additionally in the flat is available wi-fi, separate laundry room with washing machine and walk-in storage space and large, modern bathroom with bathtub/shower to share with me only. Smoking possible only on the balcony. Bike storage and lift available in the building. I’m a friendly, hard-working from home 9-6 interior architect in 40’s, quiet and clean. Preferably lodger would be working outside 

The building is located on a quiet street between Kingsland and Queensbridge Road. Haggerston Park and Regents Canal around the corner, 8 min walk to Broadway Market and Columbia Road. City bikes docking station and bus stop just outside the entrance.
