It also is home to a small dog who after initially being noisily protective, would very soon become your friend - you must be a dog lover.

The room is offered on a Monday-Friday let, however, this could be negotiated should you require occasional weekend use.

We are very lucky to have plenty of amenities in Kings Sutton. There is a good size Co Op, a village Post Office/Shop. The village has 2 pubs. The White Horse pub has an excellent reputation and has 2 AA rosettes and a listing in the Michelin Guide. The Butchers Arms is a Hook Norton pub serving good food, beer, pub games and sports are shown through Sky and BT. The village has a large park with play equipment for the Recreation Ground. The Kings Sutton area is blessed with some of the most beautiful rural landscapes in England. What’s more, courtesy of the county council, local landowners and our own parish council’s energetic footpaths wardens, the entire area is criss-crossed with a wonderful network of well marked, and very well maintained paths and bridleways.
