GENERAL: It is a VERY SPACIOUS and light maisonette over two floors. It enjoys GREAT TRANSPORT LINKS, close proximity to the excitement of Dalston and Shoreditch and benefits from the tranquility and beauty of the adjacent VICTORIA PARK. Victoria Park has tennis courts; football & cricket; boot camp fitness; rowing boats & is great for jogging. No smoking is permitted inside, but there is a balcony.
