My house is only 12 mins walk from Brighton Station, 7 mins walk to the sea and Waitrose is the local shop. There's a parking space available on request. There's a sitting room that you could use, WiFi, a lovely big farmhouse-style kitchen and a super-friendly dog too. The spare bedroom has its own shower room along the corridor and has a wonderful French antique bed that seems to act like a sleep-magnet I've been told! It's a smoke-free house and for single occupancy only. I look forward to hearing from you.

There are lots of buses on Western Road, a great taxi service and it's only a 12 minute walk to Brighton train station.

The street is parallel to Western Road with all the buzz of bars, restaurants and shops. Waitrose is just around the corner . At Ann's Well Gardens park is an easy walk away and has a delicious cafe there, The Buddhist Centre and Gardens is just down the road which also has a lovely cafe, it's an easy walk to the beach and to the Pavilion/theatres/cinemas etc. A perfect location as it's walking distance to most of Brighton's facilities.
