The landlord will be commuting in to stay from Thursday afternoon to Saturday or Sunday morning and working in his studio in the garden. There is a Monday to Friday lodger in the second bedroom.

The advertised price also includes a weekly cleaner. Stockwell tube is a short walk away, and is on the Northern and Victoria lines, with good access to the West End, Victoria and the City. Brixton and Clapham are a short bus ride or 20 mins walk away.

We are looking for a mature professional or post graduate student. Someone looking for a beautiful home-from-home that's got a creative atmosphere and that's a little bit more interesting than the average rental. 

The area is very neighbourly and also close to Brixton and Clapham with bars and cafes etc. We would anticipate that you would be up in town to work rather than party though.
