My house is on a quiet residential road within a Conservation area designated because of its special character and attractiveness and its historic and architectural interest. The house has close proximity to Epping Forest land, hollow ponds and has easy and frequent access to the W15 and W19 buses serving a wide area including Walthamstow Stratford and Leyton. Leytonstone Underground (Central Line) takes just under 10 minutes on foot.

The accommodation offers a large kitchen diner and living room space. The available room has its own shower room and toilet. The area is very quiet and its close proximity to the local Whipps Cross Hospital, makes my place an ideal base for anyone living a bit too far away for the daily commute. Convenient links to the A406 and the M11 motorway make getaways easy, the area is permitted but there is free late evening parking in the road. Excellent shops and a Tesco extra, as well as nice restaurants near by

My ideal Monday to Friday lodger would be a person wanting to stay on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and there would be no problem with keeping belongings in their locked bedroom over the weekends. As I am envisaging the space being useful to a busy working person I would be happy to provide a light breakfast within the price.
