Bright cosy single with private deck

I have a bright and cosy single room available in my home, with its own private rooftop balcony. My flat is one of three in a spacious and unique converted Victorian home within walking distance to both UWE's Glenside campus and Fishponds High Street.

The room is simply furnished with a comfortable single bed, dresser drawer, nightstand and a small desk and chair.  The deck has a small table and is a fantastic spot for morning coffee. There is free fibre broadband and all utilities are included. The flat is on the first floor, so would be unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

Street parking is available and nearby Fishponds Road will cater to all your basic needs plus the best Thai takeout in the city. The neighbourhood has lots of green space, several regular bus routes into the city centre and the nearby Bristol to Bath bike path makes for a convenient car-free commuting option as well. 

I'm a friendly and respectful 50 year old Canadian and I work from home  for a major charity.  The front room doubles as my office so it will be largely unavailable during the day. However, aside from my own bedroom, all other spaces will be shared. My home is a quiet, comfortable and peaceful space, and I like to keep it that way. I trust you will too.

I’m looking for someone mature and independent, who can commit to  basic hygiene, timely payment, and being a responsible and respectable human being.  Open to shorter or longer tenancies.
