I have a first floor 3 bedroomed property with easy access and a shared communal area.  One room is  an ensuite double the other two rooms are one single and one double both of which share a bathroom.

There is a kitchenette with a table top hob and microwave combi oven. Wi-fi and off street parking are included.  The property enjoys good views for the most part. The property has a fire escape and wired in alarms. There is some scope to set up a desk for office work etc.  I hope to have references  in the near future if requested....

Transport nearby

There are plenty of footpaths and access to the downs close by.
There are buses to Harwell from 9 am or to Didcot and the parkway station commencing around 7.30 am.

Blewbury Village is in a popular rural setting on the edge of the South downs. There are two pubs with restaurants , a popular greengrocers and a post office.
There's also a service station within two hundred yards of the property. There is a garden seat for relaxing of an evening otherwise the golf driving range is open from first light until 8 pm 24/7 on the premises.
I don't mind people smoking if outside.
