It is part of a small village, Sutton, which is attached to the outskirts of the medieval village of Stanton Harcourt. The village has a shop, post office and a great pub all within a few minutes walking distance. Open fields surround the village and there are many well defined country walks from the property's doorstep. The River Thames is 1.5 miles away.
