A first floor two bedroom flat in a converted Edwardian house with some original features.  There is  shared use of  a separate shower room to toilet. Shared  use of  living room and kitchen. My taste is a mix of old and new. The flat has been decorated in neutral grey for original rental purposes . I will be taking back the property at the end of September so images show naked / semi furnished spaces. Its a lovely light and airy property and will be furnished for living purposes.

Garden - Out of use as a work in progress However it backs onto a lovely clean  park which has tennis courts, bowling green, cricket and football facilities. There is also a cafe in the park

Parking is available and at present this is still without restrictions.

IMPORTANT:  I am a dog owner- I have a lovely Beagle who lives up to his breeds reputation, mischievous and greedy! Very friendly and spoilt!

Transport nearby

The flat is centrally located to Harrow on the Hill ( Metropolitan Line and Chiltern Railways) 15mins walk, Harrow and Wealdstone Station ( Bakerloo Line and National Rail to Euston) 15 Min Walk. North Harrow Station ( Metropolitan Line) 15mins - Rayners Lane would be a 30minute walk or a bus ride 15mins (H10) away but offers Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line.

Local supermarkets include all the usual, Tescos/ Morrisons all within walking distance.

There are several choices of local gyms within Harrow, The Gym Group, Buzz Gym, Harrow Leisure Centre. A great choice of Indian Asian restaurants, otherwise a little limited-

A few decent bars. Hatch End Arts Centre for local shows/ events. I can advise on anything else.
