Cosy single in lovely rural setting with welcoming host
A lovely, cosy single room, and a light breakfast of cereal toast and fruit is included in the price and is served any time to suit you. Available from October 2019. Other Monday to Friday guests describe it as home away from home. Comfy bed, linen and towels provided and two bathrooms both with showers, one with a bath, shared with other house guests. The house is newly renovated, very warm and dry, and in a really magical area near Penygroes bordering Snowdonia about a mile off the main road. On a clear day Snowdon herself is in full sight. I have hosted guests for years, really enjoy sharing my home with people, and have high standards of cleanliness and care for you. Public rooms (kitchen and conservatory) are shared with other guests and you can make your own evening meals in the kitchen. Alternatively I can sometimes cook a two course meal and for that I charge £12.50 and you bring your own drinks. I am afraid that I do not take pets of any description, nor are there any in the house!
There are buses to the village and I have a car park for people with a car with a charge point for electric cars. Nearest stations are Bangor and Porthmadog. Nearest towns Caernarfon and Porthmadog. Nearest shops Penygroes
This is a small village in a rural setting. Peaceful and quiet and yet with all mod cons. Nearest shops a mile and a half away in Penygroes, with Caernarfon and Porthmadog about 25 minutes drive. Lovely and magical, but not really remote and just a mile off the main road.
