The M60 motorway is a 5 minute drive away and provides easy access to both the north and south. There is a Metrolink tram station 15 minutes walk away which goes to the historic market town of Altrincham to the south, the city of Manchester, and also covers the north of the city. Manchester Airport is a 20 minute taxi ride away.
The property is situated only 5 minutes walk from the village of Ashton upon Mersey. There you will find plenty of places serving tasty and reasonably priced food.
A separate side gate with key safe allows secure and “out of hours” access and has the further benefit of security lighting and cameras.
Parking is free and plentiful on the road outside. Secure parking is available for motorcyclists.
