Hi, I'm Robin. I've lived in St Albans in a great part of the City for nearly 5 years, and am looking for a short term flatmate/lodger whilst my girlfriend is abroad for 3 months until October.  

The flat is well maintained and looked after with a new kitchen, bathroom, new bed for the tenant's room, bedroom carpets, curtains, furniture and fully repainted. The flat has a warm feel to it (possibly due to the 50 inch TV on the living room wall!) and I am keen to live with somebody who is tidy, polite and has a friendly nature! If you love sport that would be a real bonus! 

The flat is conveniently located close to a range of shops, a great family pub (which I hope will soon re-open once Covid-19 is over!) and just 1.4 miles from the city station. There is a very safe bike shed to store bicycles and a bus stop just outside the flat so it is easy to get into the City too, as well as Hemel Hempstead or Watford. 

I am looking for somebody to move in at the start of July 2020, and viewings to commence from Monday 15th June. The rent is £400.00 a month all in (including all bills), or £100.00 per week if your stay is on a week to week basis.

Transport nearby

There is a bus stop just outside the flat so it is easy to get into the City too, as well as Hemel Hempstead, Watford or Heathrow airport. There is also a local cycling/walking route called Alban Way just 5 minutes walk from the flat which takes you directly into either Hatfield town or St Albans City.

The flat is conveniently located just a 1 minute walk to a range of local shops (Chinese, Fish and Chips, Wine Shop, Vegan Cafe Newsagent etc), a great family pub (which I hope will soon re-open once Covid-19 is over!) and just 1.4 miles from the city station and under 2 miles from the City Centre with many more restaurants available.
