A double room is available with its own bathroom next door in my top floor two bed modern flat. The bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table with 2 drawers, a 3 drawer chest and four underbed storage drawers.

The living room has a brand new 7K Hisense tv with 144hz for gaming and watching films with a new PS5 console. The flat has high speed broadband.

The flat is located near the picturesque Boxmoor National Trust Nature Reserve and is a 10 min walk to Hemel Hempstead railway station. The town of Apsley is a 10 min walk away and the modern Riverside Hemel Hempstead shopping area a 20 min walk. It's a convenient 5 min walk to a very large Aldi supermarket and there's a 24 hour petrol station/shop 10 min walk away.

There are plenty of pleasant pubs and restaurants within walking distance along the Grand Union Canal and within Boxmoor and Apsley. For example, the picturesque, recently refurbished 'Fisheries' gastro pub and a high quality Balti house are an easy walk.

Overground rail services at Hemel Hempstead station can take you directly into London Euston in about 27 minutes and Watford Junction, Harrow and Wembley directly.

Connections by car to the M1, A41 and M25 motorways are minutes away.

I’m looking for a mature, clean and tidy, friendly tenant for the room. It’s important that the tenant understands and respects privacy but also is able to relax and share the living space for a pleasant and calm home environment. It’s a NON SMOKING  block, and NO DRUGS/no smoking flat. If you do smoke you would need to go outside the block and away from windows. There is an allocated parking space available on the private road opposite the block entrance. It is a quiet block maintained with communal cleaners and gardeners and definitely not a party flat.
