Description
4 bed detached house in Higham Ferrers. Facilities include off road parking, garden, lounge and dining room, conservatory. The room is at the front of the house and will include a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a TV can be put in the room. Wi-fi included as will be all bills and reasonable use of washing machine and tumble dryer. House has two other occupants, myself and my 5 year old daughter. I have an ensuite so the bathroom would only be shared with my daughter who would have a bath before bed.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with friendly neighbours. Easy access to Rushden Lakes either by car, or a 30 minute walk. Easy access to Wellingborough and Bedford Train Stations and easy access to the A45 leading onto the A14, M1 and other main roads.
The house is near to the local bus routes to Kettering, Rushden, Wellingborough and Northampton. In a ten minute drive you can be at Wellingborough train station. Bedford train station is only 25 minutes away. Milton Keynes can be accessed in a 40 minute drive. Lots of local footpaths for those who want to get out in the open air or cycle to work.
Higham Ferrers is a market town with a bakers, co-op, several pubs and eateries. We are just a 5 minute drive from the Rushden Lakes shopping centre, which can also be accessed by a riverside walk which will also take you to the local Stanwick lakes. There are several supermarkets in the local area. There are lots of open areas near to the house for running, walking or cycling around the local area.
