Large shared bathroom with good shower. Separate downstairs toilet. Downstairs there are two living rooms with own TVs with Sky (including sports). main living dining room plus kitchen with sofa/dining table and TV with patio doors leading out to patio garden with bbq. Plentiful on street parking available with no restrictions and within 5 minutes walk to Dinas Powys station (13 minutes to Eastbrook) with trains every 15 minutes to Cardiff taking 15 minutes. Dinas Powys has plenty of takeaways coffee shops and a couple of decent restaurants. Penarth is a 5 minute drive away outside rush hour. Shared use of kitchen. Share with one male and a shy cat. Cleaner visits every Wednesday morning.
