En-suite, quiet, comfortable double room in large, very spacious 4 double bedroom Edwardian mansion block flat with access to huge, beautiful gated communal gardens. 

We will provide linen, towels, fortnightly sheet changes and cleaning. This is all included in the price. 

The bed has a good quality mattress with tempur mattress topper. The room has some hanging space and you can leave things at the weekend in underbed storage. The curtains are blackout-lined. 

Room is available Monday - Friday only (Mon-Thurs nights). 

There is underground and street-level bike storage and we can provide a parking permit for one car for an additional fee. 

Use of the kitchen and living room not included (though can use a space in the fridge). 

We are moments from the A4, convenient for Heathrow and a short walk from Chiswick mainline station or a choice of Gunnersbury, Chiswick Park or Turnham Green stations. The E3 bus stops immediately outside. 

Flat has WiFi.

We are a family of four with no pets. We work full time, so are all up and out in the daytime. Our previous lodger liked living with us so much he stayed 8 years, so we are experienced with having a lodger! 

Please note the flat is on the 4th (top) floor with no lift- but the views are great!
