Description

Bright and spacious ground-floor flat in a block. A stones throw from the coffee shops, restaurants and pubs of Stroud Green Road.

I will not be living in the flat whilst you are there, you will have the entire flat to yourself Monday-Friday and there will be none of my personal belongings in the bedroom.

You will have plenty of storage space to leave your things and help you feel at home. The kitchen has all the basics you will need and you will also have the luxury of not sharing a bathroom!

All bills and wifi are included. There is double glazing throughout and a nest thermostat to control the heating remotely. Street parking is available via a residents permit (this can be paid for daily via an app).

If you ever want to stay in London an odd weekend to enjoy the city, I would be happy for you to!

Transport nearby

Finsbury Park Station is a 10 minutes walk away. It is a very quick hop to Kings Cross, Euston, Oxford Street and Victoria on the Victoria Line.

The Piccadilly line also takes you to the museums of West London and to Heathrow airport in just over an hour. The overground from Finsbury Park also takes you to Moorgate in under 15 minutes.

Crouch Hill overground is also a 10-minute walk away and is very handy for Hampstead Heath and East London.

You can easily get to/from the flat via the extensive number of bus routes that serve Finsbury Park.

Describe your neighbourhood here

The road is parallel to Stroud Green Road with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on the doorstep - scoff pizza at the famous Pappagones, have a coffee in the garden of Common Ground or enjoy an after-work drink at the White Lion.

There is a large supermarket a 3-minute walk away as well as the wonderful Green and Glory for veggies and healthy food. The park is also a short walk away and you can also escape to the peaceful Parkland Walk in a matter of minutes.

If you also want to mooch in independent shops as well as the usual chains like Waterstones and Marks and Sparks, Crouch End is a 20 minute (but hilly!) walk or short bus ride away.
