Room is approximately 5m x 5m in size, and has recently been redecorated - see photos.  Available from 4th October 2021. 

Communal spaces include a kitchen / living room,  bathroom, and hallway. There's no garden, but good parks and walks are nearby, as are great pubs restaurants, a high street supermarkets, and all the usual amenities on Chamberlyn Rd and Harrow Road. 

The other two occupants are male, 50 something,  easy going, considerate.  We're not a couple. We have busy working lives and often do our own thing, but are sociable and friendly, down to earth and practical.  One of the occupants is the property owner, but is not always at the premises.  We're non-smokers, but you're welcome to smoke outside. 

Street parking is available, and requires a resident permit, obtainable from Brent Council.  The cost varies depending whether you want daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly parking, etc. 

Nearest stations are Kensal Green / Kensal Rise / Willesden Junction - with assorted bus routes nearby - so it's easy to get in and around town.

The £450 rent includes all bills, wifi, etc.
