Fulham -Double quiet bright room.

Large double room to rent in newly converted loft . The room is positioned on the top floor of a large flat at the back of the house . Mainly sole use of the bathroom apart from my guests.  I have one other lodger who has an ensuite room , as I do . I am flexible with the nights you would need to stay and the odd weekend would not be a problem .  The room is for single use only . 

The flat is equidistant between Hammersmith and Putney Bridge Stations  ( both a 15 minute walk) and  a  5 minute walk from the river. Two bus stops are 1 minute from the flat going to either  tube station and onwards to either South Kensington/Baker Street or Westfield Shepherd s Bush one way or Wandsworth /Roehampton the  other.  There are 2 gyms within a 5 minute walk and a park across the road.

There is street parking at great expense but I have a visitors permit which reduces the parking charges considerably.

I am a professional older lady and my current lodger is female and in her mid 20's .  I also look after my son's very friendly  dog on occasions .
