Lovely 2 bed basement flat with garden and double bedroom available from mid-September. You will be on your own, with sole use of the entire flat, with kitchen, bathroom and living room. The garden is shared, though the decking area (seen on pictures) is exclusive to the basement flat. Excellent public transport connections, situated 10 minute walk from either Tufnell Park station (Northern line) or Kentish Town (Northern + Thameslink), close to several bus routes and  20 minute walk to overground (Kentish Town West or Gospel Oak).  If you have a bike, you can chain it outside but it is safest to bring it in.

I would like to have the use of the flat at the weekends and also for family and friends to stay on occasion, so I would ask that you put your things away at the end of each week. If they are tucked away, I'm happy for items to be left around at all times (toiletries, food, clothes,...).

Flat is furnished, includes wifi, and use of washing machine.
