Bathroom facilities include bath and shower. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and access to drying facilities. Utility bills and wireless internet are included. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

White Hart Lane, leading to the river, is on the door step and Barnes village is a 15 minute walk away both with excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs including the Olympic Cinema & restaurant (formerly Olympic Recording Studios). Barnes Bridge Station is less than a 10 minute walk away (to Waterloo).  Bus stop (5 minutes walk) to Hammersmith for Piccadilly / Hammersmith & City Lines with direct buses to Richmond. I can provide secure bike storage, if needed.

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate, non-smoking, single female professional who is out at work during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, and who travels back home at weekends.

I’m a sociable, professional woman. Happy to chat over a cup of tea but I’ll often be with my daughter or out of an evening, so looking for someone who can live independently.

Room available immediately on a Monday-Friday basis: £500 per month.

The minimum stay is 4 weeks, although I would ideally like a long term lodger.

Please get back to me with some details about yourself, your working hours and what you do. I look forward to hearing from you.
