The flat is a 3 minute walk to the tram which takes you to East Croydon train station in 8 minutes. You could also walk to East Croydon train station in 25 minutes. You can park for free in nearby streets.

Sheets and towels are provided. The flat is cleaned weekly by a cleaner.

There is a shared fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shared bathroom.

There is a shared sitting room with SKY TV, Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is a balcony.
