This room is ideal if you work in London during the week but spend weekends out of town. You will get a fully furnished and stocked up flat pretty much all to yourself during the week.
The room is lovely and bright with views across London. All bills, cleaner, and cleaning materials are included in the rent. The cleaner can also change bed linen weekly and do some ironing. This is a great, low-hassle alternative to a hotel for someone working Monday to Friday in London.
The flat is on Melody Road, just off Wandsworth Common and a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station. Clapham Junction is a 15 minute walk away or hop on a bus for 5 minutes.
The flat is fully furnished, with fast WiFi, Netflix and Amazon TV and has lockable storage which can be used to leave personal items over weekends.
The bathroom has a fantastic rainfall shower with great water pressure.
You will have the flat to yourself most of the time. We sometimes use the flat when we're in London for work, usually popping during the daytime with only very occasional overnight stays.
The room is available for 4 nights per week; Monday through Thursday.
We work in property and theatre and are currently building a house in Hampshire, which is why we aren’t around so much. We got on brilliantly with our last lodger, but sadly his job is now taking him out of London.
Please get in touch with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
