  • The Guest Bedroom, with its own key, is situation on the Ground floor of this three story Townhouse, offering easy access and privacy. It is delightfully comfortable and cosy offering a mini-bedsit feel with chairs & a fold-up laptop table especially handy for the business traveller. There is a small tv provided with freeview channels.  Netflix is available in the comfort of the upstairs living room on a 42" tv. The Guest Room is suitable for all genres of travel whether short or long stay. Please note the double bed is UK smaller sized 4ft x 6ft. The Guest Room is conveniently located immediately next door to the Kitchen/Diner with a WC just across the hallway. There is a small shared bathroom located on the 1st Floor up one flight of stairs which Guests share with one other longterm resident Guest. The Bathtub has an overhead shower unit with hot and cold water mixer taps. For your safety and comfort, you will find a press-on non-slip bathtub mat and a plastic stool for your use if required. The bathroom door has a lock for your privacy. Fresh towels are provided each week+1st night welcome toiletries. If you have forgotten anything essential, just ask and I will be sure help and make your stay as comfortable as possible (I keep a spare pack of new toothbrushes just incase!). There is a small High Street of grocery stores, a Pharmacy and a few restaurants/takeaway services a 5 min walk or 1 min drive.  The property is located in a large London commuter village and on the corner of a quiet residential road in picturesque Mulberry Green area of CM17.  Guests feel very private as all other bedrooms are situated on the second and third floor.
  • The house is walking distance to Harlow Mill Mainline Train Station to Central London Liverpool Street Station (City of London). Trains travel into London via Tottenham Hale Tube/Metro Station where you can connect onto the Victoria Line into the West End down to south of the River Thames.  Epping Tube/Metro Station is on the Central Line Tube and heads into Central London with many connections to all London districts.  Old Harlow has frequent bus services with connections in Harlow New Town incl. the 420 Central Link bus service to the local Underground/Tube/Metro at Epping Station.  Stansted Airport is 25 minutes away with fast train connections into Harlow Town Station or the 510/509 Bus will bring you direct into Old Harlow, walking distance to my to the house.  Free on-street parking is available (at owner's own risk).

These include a main town centre, fast Overground train station Harlow Town - 17 mins/23 mins into Central London/Stansted Airport and also close to the Harlow business region known as "The Pinnacles". Old Harlow (Hare-Alor) village is stooped in history going back almost 1,000 years. London is easily accessible with the area being home to many London commuters.
