Large Bright Room For Mon - Fri Rent in East London (Leytonstone) in large family home with garden
Hello, my name is Victoria, I'm looking for someone to share our family home.
Large, bright, clean and sunny double room available in house in Leytonstone. White walls and floor, neutrally decorated.
Large bay window looking out onto the garden.
We are looking for someone who doesn't mind 2 kids being around a few days a week and who is OK with that.
We would like someone who is friendly and easy going, They can have full use of the kitchen and bathroom.
Happy to have any nationality!
No couples, sorry.
Leytonstone is a great area to live in - being on the Central Line it's easy to get to most places in London. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and things to do.
5- 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube (central line), Wanstead Flats and the forest are at the bottom of the road, nice, peaceful, tree lined street and very friendly area with lots going on. Very conveniently located for stops on the central line:
Tube to Oxford circus takes around 30 mins
Tube to Liverpool St takes around 20 mins
Tube to Stratford (Westfield) takes around 10 mins
Thank you for looking.
Please message/ email me with a bit of info about yourself if you are interested
I am looking for someone who doesn't work from home, because I do. The odd day here and there is fine, of course!
Viewings available from Wednesday 22nd September (potentially earlier)
Room will be available from mid October, potentially sooner if required.
The house is 5 mins from the Central Line tube station (Leytonstone: zone 3& 4) and is right by Wanstead Flats, a large open space. Epping Forest is also very near - giving you the best of both worlds. High Road Leytonstone, an overground station which is around 8 minutes walk away. The area has many buses and is great for transport links.
Leytonstone is a great neighbourhood to live in. Nice little bars, great pubs and restaurants around, coffee shops and plenty to do. There's a large Tesco about 5 minutes away and a Sainsbury's Local on the way back from the Tube. Also lots of international food shops, local delis and independents.
