Large double room with en suite in great location

I am looking for a professional lodger from Sunday evening or Monday through to Thursday evening or Friday morning.  The room to rent is a large double loft room with en suite shower room.   The room includes double bed, drawers and built in double wardrobes.  The bathroom has a shower/toilet and sink with bathroom cabinet.  The kitchen is fully equiped and the house is decorated throughout.  1 minute to bus stop, 5 minutes to Summertown shops/bars/restaurants  and 10 minutes to City centre.  There are also buses to Headington hospitals 15 minutes) and less than 10 minute walk to Oxford Parkway train station.  Quiet neighbourhood. Sheets and towels will be provided as will the cleaning (although must clean up in kitchen).    I am a professional who works from home. We have two cats who are shut downstairs in the evening. 
There is a tv in the bedroom and unlimited internet access.  A desk or arm chair can also be included if required. 
Less nights could be negotiated.
