Large double room with own bathroom in Canary Wharf riverside flat
This is a large double, furnished room with its own bathroom in a big, bright riverside flat in a very peaceful development. The flat overlooks the 02 and is around a 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf.
The rent covers all bills, including fibre broadband, and Sky TV (including movies!). I can supply bedding and towels if required.
Your room is yours, so you can leave everything when you're not here - it won't be used in your absence.
You'd be sharing with me, a professional female. I'm friendly, welcoming and sociable to live with, but in terms of flatsharing, I do little or no entertaining in the flat and so I'm looking for the same.
You're welcome to share the entire flat with me, although I sometimes use the living room to work in during the evenings.
I've been a room-sharer here since 2012. I consider myself to be pretty easy going and I like sharing. I run my own business locally, so I'm in and out all the time,so you'll often have the place to yourself.
I am a non-smoker, and while the flat is a non-smoking one, you can smoke on the balcony.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from South Quay DLR and a 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf underground. City Airport is 2. 4 miles away and the ExCel exhibition centre is 1.6 miles away.
The room is available from 15th July 2019.
I'm looking for someone Monday-Friday but will consider shorter stays, so do get in touch if you'd like to discuss alternatives.

This is a quiet area of the Isle of Dogs, with a Tesco Metro across the road, and good restaurants and bars all within a short walk. The development is a very quiet one, with an on-site, longstanding concierge. Greenwich Foot Tunnel is less than a mile away; there is a river route for walking or running all the way to Limehouse. It's a tranquil and picturesque part of East London, one of the reasons I've lived here so long!
