I am looking for a lodger to rent a spacious double ensuite room in a large family home with a garden.  The house has fantastic transport links, situated a short walk from both Kensal Rise overground and Kensal Green underground. The room is a unique space, with a high roof, electric velux windows and stylish design features. It is large and very comfortable, finished to a high spec. The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, with a good degree of privacy.  There is a kingsize bed, a sofa, a desk, a Smart TV, a kettle and triple wardrobe space. There is a large bath in the room (see pics). The separate ensuite has a power shower and toilet. You will have your own fridge downstairs. This is a peaceful house, with just myself and one child.  Evenings are quiet . I prefer that socialising is outside this family home.

The house is a short walk to both Kensal Green underground, with a direct line into central London, and Kensal Rise overland, with links all over London.
