Light Airy Double Room NG2 - Near WB, Uni's, M1, EMA, bus, tram

Looking for a female lodger Monday to Friday (with some flexibility)- Professional or Postgraduate student to share our home. 

I am a local female doctor with an 18 year old daughter who is away at school and due to go to University in September.   We have a very friendly Springer Spaniel.

You would have  your own light airy double room with use of family bathroom which for the most part would be for your sole use.  Shared use of the kitchen/diner/lounge  and garden. Parking outside the house.  Rent includes all bills. 

We are close to Nottingham City Bus 8,9 and 10 and Ruddington Lane / Compton Acre tram stops.  5 minute drive to either University.

You can walk into the centre of West Bridgford in 10 to 15 minutes.
