Description

This comfortable and tranquil double bedroom/studio is on the ground floor of my 3 storey town house. It has patio doors which open out onto a beautiful private courtyard garden, for your sole use. Wall mounted 32'' Smart TV with Netflix.

You have your own kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric hobs, toaster & kettle. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans provided. Private en-suite shower room with heated towel rail.  All rooms have radiators with individual thermostats.

The studio is available for a Monday to Friday let (4 nights). Bed linen and towels are provided. The studio will be serviced each week, with the bed made up ready for your arrival on a Monday.

Parking is available in the driveway.  It's a 5 minute walk into Marlow High St, another 5 minutes from there to the river and famous Marlow bridge. It's a 10 minute walk to Globe Business Park from the house. Marlow train station is also a 10 minute walk away with easy access to Maidenhead, Reading, London.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden, away from the house. Storage space is available at weekends if required.

I live upstairs, the only thing we share is the front door.

Marlow is a small pretty town on the river Thames, with a thriving High Street full of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and a wide selection of general shops. Known for Tom Kerridge's 2 Michelin Star Hand and Flowers, Marlow also boasts an Ivy restaurant, along with a Cote Brasserie, Zizzi, Pizza Express, Marlow Bar & Grill and other privately owned restaurants. There are plenty of walks, either along the river towards Temple Lock and Henley, or in the other direction towards Bourne End and Maidenhead. Marlow is also close to Henley, Reading and Windsor. Cliveden (National Trust) is a 15 minute drive away.
