I have a warm bright double bedroom to rent in West Norwood. Please see below for a few details.

West Norwood train station is 5-7 minutes walk (depending on if you're heading there or heading back!) There is a bus stop right outside the house with buses that take you to most major parts of London (Including the 68x) The trains that take 20 minutes to go between London Bridge and Victoria station but you can also get a direct train to Peckham, New Cross and Clapham Junction

Wifi and all bills etc.are all included this is a lovely warm home. You will have access to a kitchen which, of course you are welcome to use during the week as well as use of the living room or garden (depending on the time of year, obviously) There are also a couple of good pubs near the station.

About me - I have been working in the arts and education for the last ten years, fairly relaxed as long as people tidy up after themselves and don't take the mic. I enjoy cooking dinner each evening, taking it easy or I'll be out at a talk, or meeting up with friends.

Please ignore the current furniture in the room. This will be changing and I'll post a new photo, once I have the new bed delivered this week. The room will be furnished with a standard double bed,  a small wardrobe and chest of drawers. There might also be room for a desk should you need one.

The flat is kind of unusual with the bedrooms in the basement. My nephew calls it an upside down house. It's bright in the afternoon and despite it facing the street, is well soundproofed in the bedroom. This is my home and I would like to hope that anyone who choses to take the room, uses it as their home too

I do have cats, so if you are allergic, then this wouldn't be the right space for you.

I look forward to hearing from you!

West Norwood station has great train lines to a number of locations including London Bridge and Victoria. You can walk to Tulse Hill in 15 minutes and a bus to Brixton in 20 mins. There is a great bus stop directly outside the flat.
