Lovely home for Monday to Thursday nights

Newly decorated single room with tv ( fire stick )  in a modern house with off street parking in Chingford/woodford borders. 10 mins from M25 and 10 mins to North circular. Train station into Liverpool street , stopping at central line tube stations 15 minutes stroll.

About us, we are friendly ladies who enjoy , music ( no crazy parties ) durring the week lol yoga, TV , food, going out etc. We are mindful of eachothers space and keep our house clean and tidy ( not obesively)  :-) we catch up after work at home and then do our own thing. 

There is a big garden yo use and you can share the living room, kitchen  etc. We have no pets, only  squirrels and birds from the forest behind. Smoking is okay outside.

The house has broadband and free parking if you cant get on the drive.

We are open to less nights , minum 3,  rates adjusted.

Renting will be Monday to Thursday nights. The room will be yours and not used by anyone at the weekends so you can leave your things here.
