As well as the close proximity of the flat to the overground station, New Malden is also incredibly well serviced by buses going to, for example, Kingston, Wimbledon and Putney as well as one directly to Heathrow. From Wimbledon, the district underground line starts which operates across the breadth of London.

The pretty high street is barely a 2 minute walk from my flat and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets such as Waitrose, Tesco Express, Lidl and Boots.
