Beautiful location in Maidenhead 5 mins walk from the River Thames and 5 min walk from town centre. Plenty of restaurants and green space along the river. Excellent walking and cycling routes. 15 minute walk from Maidenhead or Taplow station which offers rapid transport into London Paddington (20-40 mins depending on train). The £625.00 per calendar month price includes: council tax, service charges, bills, broadband, 55inch TV, Netflix/Disney+, Xbox Live, washing machine, fridge/freezer dishwasher and shared kitchen, share of the whole flat and balcony (including all furniture). Ideally would prefer a single professional male/female, non smoker, no pets and a tidy respectful person please. Allocated parking spaces in secure car park for both residents. Visitor parking is available but not an allocated space. Secure bicycle shed on ground floor. A 20 min drive will see you hit the M4 for road links across the UK

15 minute walk to Maidenhead/Taplow stations. From Maidenhead station trains are rapid into London with commuting taking between 20-40 minutes to London Paddington depending on which train you catch.

Footpaths along the river offer brilliant walks/runs before or after the working day.

heart of Maidenhead, with its range of independent
stores, regular markets offering the best of local and
continental produce and many familiar high street names
including H&M, Topshop and Monsoon. You’ll also

opened Coppa Club.
For an out of town retail experience head 1.5 miles to
