Mon - Fri rooms in Brislington

Hello! I have two rooms available in a house from August/September 1st for a professional or mature student who needs somewhere to stay in Bristol from Monday – Friday. The rooms are available on a fixed contract (min 3 months) I can be flexible about duration. You can arrive any time on Monday and leave on Friday morning. This sort of arrangement usually works for people who live with their family outside of the city and want to stay somewhere comfortable and not in a hotel while they work/study in Bristol during the week.
The rooms are furnished with a new double bed + mattress, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. The rooms share a bathroom . There is a lovely large garden and plenty of parking available. Open plan kitchen/diner/living room. It’s a quiet residential street with easy access into town – 15 mins driving or there’s an express bus. All bills and weekly cleaner included.
Non-smokers and no pets please (although a friendly cat lives in the house too). Would suit people who need to be in Bristol (or 25 mins drive to Bath City Centre) during the week, who want to be elsewhere on the weekends.
