Relaxed and Spacious flat

Hi there,
I have a 4m by 3m second bedroom that I'm looking to rent out. Plenty of storage and an office space in a large room. Bed has brand new sheets and pillows. Happy to consider any applications, just send me an email with a bit about yourself and we'll take it from there.
By all means ask me about myself, pretty laid back but keep the place clean at the same time.
I am a carpenter working in the film industry making film sets and intermittently building shop fronts and furniture.  The room is only suitable for early risers as I get up early for work. 

The kitchen has space to keep whatever you need for the week, the sitting room is getting more comfortable by the week as I acquire more furniture.  

If your looking for a calm and peaceful place to get a good nights sleep before work this is the place.
