Description

Self-contained annexe with own front door and access.  Large lounge area on the ground floor with fitted kitchenette (with storage space, sink, fridge and oven/hob). Downstairs bathroom (no bath) with shower.   Lounge is furnished, also has a pool table and large flat-screen TV.  Free Wifi. Upstairs bedroom, with double bed and hanging area.  Plus small dressing room area.  

Outside - annexe is located in our large back garden.  Access through garden via gate direct to annexe.  French doors from lounge lead to small patio area with seating dedicated to annexe.

Gated driveway, with parking for one/two cars dedicated to annexe rental.

We are a family of four and dog living in the main house.  We are located in Grayshott just off the A3, direct access to London and Portsmouth - both approx 50 minutes to 1 hour drive.  The large city of Guildford is approx 25 minutes drive. There are also train stations, both a ten minutes drive in Haslemere or Liphook - both on the South West Trains line - London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour.

Transport nearby

Ten minutes drive to Haslemere and Liphook Stations, both on South West Trainline to London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour. Towns such as Godalming and Guildford 15 and 25 minute drive. Local bus service also available with a bus stop approx 2 minutes walk. Direct access opposite to a common for local walks. Wagoners Wells also 10 minutes walk. Another area great for walks is The Devils Punchbowl (Hindhead), which is approx ten minutes drive (max).
