Description

The annex, named Arbrook Place, is separate from the main house. It is self contained spacious accommodation comprising of living room, kitchenette, toilet, double bedroom with king sized bed, large fitted wardrobes and separate shower room. A large private parking bay at the front of the property is allocated to the annex. It is fully furnished with sofa, chairs, table, large TV, king sized bed. Kitchen, it has some modest cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, utensils etc. It does not have a cooker or a washing machine. We provide all cleaning, linen, towels etc. The annex has been let as an air bnb and is very clean and well presented, however we are seeking to stop any weekend stays. We are seeking someone who may require strictly week day accommodation aka Monday to Friday, 4 nights happy to allow occupancy from Sunday evening (no extra charge) if that suits travel requirements. Plenty of space to leave items you may not wish to bring back and forth. 

We are located in the semi rural area of Esher, Surrey. A ten minute walk to Claygate main line (London) station, short drive to Esher, Surbiton and Hinchley Wood Stations. Close to the A3 and M25 motorway.

We are seeking a professional friendly person who requires peace and privacy. A place to rest, work from or commute from.  The area is very relaxing with great outdoor facilities especially if you like to keep fit. Many restaurants and great takeaways. 

Pricing, it is competitively priced for the location and what is offered. We would require x 2 references, a £250.00p refundable deposit and payment made per calendar month in advance by bank transfer. We are friendly but quiet and will always be available should you require any help or advice. Your privacy is important to us. Happy to discuss anything and happy to accommodate on a casual private basis. We would prefer someone who may require long term accommodation.
