Price is negotiable based on number of days per week required.  Price per month above is for one quiet, professional who works during the day, Monday to Friday

Space is on the top floor of a 3 storey Victorian house accessed via a  separate staircase.  Exclusive use of this large space with lounge, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with over bath shower.

Parking is available for a medium sized car in front of our garage.   Secure bike storage is also possible in the garage at the back of the garden (accessed from road)

All bedding and towels provided and will be washed weekly.   Washing machine available for personal use.   42” inch plasma tv with full Sky Sports and Movie package included as is excellent Wifi.

All bills included except gas.  However an allowance of £75 pcm included for gas in the monthly rent. There is a separate gas meter and any excess is chargeable (unlikely unless heating left on all day in winter!)
