Charming self-contained studio in Crystal Palace, close to station with kitchenette, own bathroom and own entrance.

Hi,
We are looking for a reliable professional lodger to rent our self-contained studio in Crystal Palace. The studio is a converted garage, has its own entrance at the front of our house, with free on-street parking directly adjacent to the house.

Facilities
It has its own shower room, kitchenette and desk for working. There is also a Roberts DAB Radio; Sony 32” LCD with Netflix and iPlayer, and a Krupps Nespresso Coffee machine.
It also has its own separate kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups, etc.

Fees & bills
All bills included, except an additional £15 per week for our cleaner to clean the kitchenette & bathroom, change towels (weekly) and clean & change sheets (every two weeks).

Monthly rental is £715 pcm plus £65 pcm (cleaning), total monthly fee is £780.

Transport
It’s a short 5mins walk to Crystal Palace station, which has great transport links into the city and west end: Direct trains to London Bridge (30mins); Victoria (32mins); Canada Water (20mins).

Location
The road is in a safe, friendly neighbourhood, and the entrance to Crystal Palace park is directly opposite the end of our road. The park has great sport centre with swimming pool, gym, classes and other sport & fitness facilities.

The studio is also just a 7 mins walk to the restaurants, shops, bars & pubs of the famous Crystal Palace triangle, and newly-opened Everyman Cinema
