Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, our semi-detached property offers sole use of  rear/side entrance to  hallway with bedroom/kitchen and bathroom.  The bedroom has a single bed, TV, armchair and storage with a kitchen that includes a sink, kettle, and fridge.  The hallway has a microwave and toaster.  The bedroom overlooks a lovely south facing private 100 ft rear garden with a pond.  The local bus service is a 2 minute walk which goes to Bushey and Watford Junction station.  Local shops are a 2 minute walk with Tesco, a chip shop and a chinese.  On street parking is good and unrestricted.  We are a family of four with two adult boys.  Our last and only lodger stayed with us  for ten years and recently retired.  We have just redecorated and would welcome a professional person who requires somewhere to stay during their working week.

The M1 is a short 10 minute drive and the M25 about 20 minutes away. Local bus is a 2 minute walk going to Bushey and Watford Junction stations or Stanmore underground station.
