Transport nearby

There are excellent transport links to the CITY and the WEST END with the nearest tubes/bus stops at ANGEL, KINGS CROSS and HIGHBUY AND ISLINGTON being between a 5-10 minute walk.

However, in the current climate, if you prefer walking or cycling then the CITY would be 2.3 miles away and the WEST END 2,7 miles away and therefore within reach between 40 minutes and 1 hour.

ST. PANCRAS INTERNATIONAL (Eurostar Terminal) is within easy reach on foot or by bus. Nearby Caledonian Road AND BARNSBURY is served by the underground. There is good access too to HEATHROW and GATWICK AIRPORTS as well as LONDON CITY AIRPORT.

In terms of parking in a nearby road an application could be made through Islington Council (details are on their website) for a Resident's Parking Permit at your own expense. Alternatively, there would be a safe space in the garden to store a cycle.

The surrounding area exudes a village atmosphere in contrast to nearby Upper Street with its endless choice of restaurants (currently serving a wide range of takeaways) and bars, high street shops, designer coffee shops and one-off boutiques. There are 4 main supermarkets situated at the Angel, well-stocked and safely versed in social distancing, as well as banks and chemists.

There is no use of the gardens at the property.
