Newly refurbished outhouse. In the heart of Peaslake (close Guildford and Dorking, as well as commutable to London), the outhouse has just been converted and so is fresh and ready. It's separate from the main house and in the middle of the village close to shop and hotel/pub.

Peaslake is a beautiful rural spot, it's quiet during the week (although busy and vibrant at weekends with walkers and cyclists) and the accommodation is a spacious studio. Living/bedroom area, new bathroom, kitchen with microwave/grill and breakfast bar seating for two.

There's also a small sitting out area in the beautiful, secluded garden
