As we are a family of 4, we ask for no visitors please unless agreed in advance. House is a large, 4-bedroomed Victorian terrace on a quiet, friendly street. Recently refurbished, we are approximately 10mins walk from East Finchley tube (Northern line). Street parking available. We have a garden and a shy but friendly cat!
Excellent transport links; 10 mins walk from East Finchley tube on the Northern line, High Barnet branch - we’re half an hour to Tottenham Court Road/Goodge St. Buses inlude the 263 to Highgate, and 102 to Muswell Hill/Brent Cross. Elstree & Borehamwood are a 25 min drive away.
East Finchley is a lovely residential area, with plenty of local shops (Tesco Express etc) within a 3 minute walk, as well as small artisan stores such as Tony's Continental. Cafes are a few mins away, including Campbell & Syme which does great coffee. Lots of green spaces nearby such as Cherry Tree Wood, Highgate Woods & a little further afield, Hampstead Heath. Local cinemas include Phoenix & Vue. We are on the border with Muswell Hill, with its bars, coffee-shops & Everyman Cinema just a 20 minute walk away.
