Weekday room in north London house with brilliant transport links.

The room is approximately 11 feet by 13 feet and is the middle bedroom with a window overlooking gardens at the rear.  It is quiet!  It has a desk/table, double bed , smaller table and bags of storage space.  I have put up some photos to give you an idea.  You also have access to the lounge with sky subscription which you can receive on your laptop upstairs.  The house is a standard three bed mid terrace with rear extension.

The house has one bathroom with a power shower and a separate WC in a small room next to it.  Your bathroom  contest is with only one other working person (I am semi retired) and I make sure there is hot water when you come home  in the evenings.
The kitchen diner is quite large and has all the stuff you expect,  There is also a washing machine and a tumble drier.

However, I have found that the usual tenants I have had use a range of takeaways which are in the next parallel street or right by Bounds Green Tube station. The jewel in the crown is Vrisaki, a Greek Cypriot Taverna famous for its meze.  They are also famous for their Doner Kebabs which they make themselves

Transport links are excellent.  Bowes Park Overground to Moorgate is 25 minutes     All you need to know is that there are about 4 or 5 trains per hour from Bowes Park station which is 250 meters away.  The Piccadilly trains are, obviously, more frequent.  It's 25 minutes from here to the Piccadilly Circus station.  Change at Finsbury Park for the Victoia Line.  I have a couple of pages of detail on the local area and train services,  I can email them if you wish.

I am semi retired so I am working from home most days.  There is one other guy here who is down here Monday to Wednesday.

A cleaning lady comes in twice a week and does the common areas and individual rooms, we also supply and change bedding and this is included in the price.
