Pl ease note, this is not to share the whole house with us, this is the use of your private space, a bedroom with en suite shower room and kitchenette and washing machine. Open to various arrangements eg Monday to Friday or 7 days a week or some other arrangement. Obviously the price will depend on the arrangement. We build our Architect designed house two years ago. It is in a quiet village location with off street parking. The bedroom on offer is very large with a double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe and sofa. It has an en suite shower room and use of an adjoining kitchenette shared with one other person. Kitchenette has a two ring electric hob, sink, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The house has solar panels, an air source heat pump, MVHR , underfloor heating and triple glazing so is always warm. Free WIFI.
A car is needed as public transport is very limited. Royston train station to London and Cambridge is about 8 minutes drive. There are footpaths in the village and free entry into Wimpole Hall, National Trust, parkland.
The house is set back from a quiet village road within 100 yards of the footpath into Wimpole Hall (National Trust) which gives free access to the parkland. There is a petrol garage that has a shop about half a mile down the main road.
