Room to rent in Whitechapel

I've just moved into my new flat & I'm looking for someone nice to rent my spare room! I'm 33 & work as a kitchen designer, based from a showroom Monday to Friday so I'm only really at home in the mornings & evenings.

The flat is a 2 bed with a shared bathroom, small kitchen & sitting room. The room is furnished (I'll obviously take my personal bits & pieces you can see from the photo, out of the room, for you to make it your own space!) There is a double bed, 2 bedside tables, lamps & clothes hanging storage. There is room to add a small chest of drawers if you need any additional storage.

There isn't currently a TV in the sitting room but I'm aiming to get one in the next few months! In the sitting room, there's a sofa & a small round table for somewhere to eat unless you'd prefer to be in the privacy of your room!

At the back of the flat, there's a shared outdoor balcony, this is accessible by other people in the building & not private to my flat. Location-wise, I'm on a fairly quiet street just opposite a mosque & less than a ten-minute walk to Whitechapel station or Shadwell, so very easy to commute from if necessary. I've only recently moved to the area myself,  so I'm still getting to know it, but it's a great spot with Brick Lane close by & lots of pubs & places to eat!
