About the Household

I’m a professional female working in the education sector, so I’m out of the house during the day in term time. The home is child-free but shared with much-loved pets – one Labrador and two cats.

I enjoy being out with the dog on walks, running, Zumba, and relaxing with TV (I’ll happily watch most things, just not horror!).

The atmosphere is  welcoming – perfect for a professional seeking a comfortable weekday base.

🏡 House Guidelines

Visitors: Friends welcome during the day/evening. No overnight stays. Occasional weekend use negotiable in advance

Smoking/vaping: Not permitted inside. Garden can be used if cigarette butts are disposed of properly

Cleaning: Tenant responsible for cleaning their own room and bathroom, and tidying up after themselves in the kitchen. Laundry facilities available - Washing Machine and rotary dryer in garden,

Easy access to Bristol City Centre and Bristol Parkway train station. footpaths throughout the area, including the ring road path making walking to the local retail park easy.

There is a Sainsbury's Local just 3 minutes away which is open 7am - 11pm. There is also a new Italian Restaurant - Vino Pane - opposite Sainsbury's Local which serves a range of Italian food across the week. Your are within a 12 minute walk to The Bristol and Bath Science Park. Over the ringroad is a larger retail park with a Sainbury's store, Lidl, Iceland, Boots (with a pharmacy) and a range of clothing retailers. Here you will also find a Costa and a Subway as well as Bottegino's Italian Restaurant. You are within easy access of Pomphrey Hill - great for an evening stroll after work, Emerson's Green Park, The Bristol to Bath Footpath and The Dramway Footpath. A great range of pavement walks as well as more country walks depending on your preference.
